As their first UX designer, I transformed their abstract product concepts into a definitive Minimum Viable Product definition through user flows, innovative features, and visual designs. I performed user and industry research in order to shape their brand identity and value proposition. I also prepared the prototype for future development and scaling, providing a style guide and a design system. Throughout this process, I maintained constant communication with them to ensure our visions were aligned.
